2008-2009 Registration

Please pick up your registration packets from PJHS, August 11-14, from 8-4 (Tuesday, 8/12 we will be open until 6pm for packet pick up) in the main office. This is a change from previous years, we will not be mailing them home this year!

Please read all the information and make sure you have all the following forms filled out and sign where requried:

• Emergency Card
• Human Interaction form
• Internet agreement
• Annual Notice to Parents
• Student Registration Information update

Bring the forms on the following dates:

• Seventh Grade: August 15, 2008
• Eighth Grade: August 19, 2008

Don't forget to bring your checkbook, because at each orientation:

• The 2008-2009 yearbook will be on sale.
• Class photos will be taken
• PE clothes will be on sale.

7 th grade Orientation Day

August 15, 2008

On August 15, 2008:

9-10am : Students will have the opportunity to take school photos (all students must be photographed, even if they don’t purchase them), purchase a yearbook, buy PE clothes and sign up for PTSA.

10-11am : Orientation. Students and parents will hear from Administration, Counseling, and other students. They will receive an overview of the school.

11am-1pm : Students who turn in their registration papers (listed below and located in the registration packets) will receive class schedules. Students will have the opportunity to find out locker number and combination, take school photos, purchase a yearbook, buy PE clothes and sign up for PTSA.

8 th grade Orientation Day

August 19, 2008

On August 19, 2008:

From 12-3pm: Students will have the opportunity to take school photos (all students must be photographed, even if they don’t purchase them), purchase a yearbook, buy PE clothes and sign up for PTSA.

12-1pm : Students with LAST NAMES starting with A-G who turn in their registration paperwork (listed below) will be able to pick up their class schedule and locker information.

1-2pm : Students with LAST NAMES starting with H-O who turn in their registration paperwork (listed below) will be able to pick up their class schedule and locker information.

2-3pm : Students with LAST NAMES starting with P-Z who turn in their registration paperwork (listed below) will be able to pick up their class schedule and locker information.
